The WORST crash that I have ever had!

I have started BMX Racing this year and I just had my third race today. While I was racing today in the first moto and I came off the second jump and crashed. While going off the back of the jump and got loose. I went in the sand and flew off my bike. When I crashed another kid hit the back of my head. That kid went head over heels off his bike and landed hard on the ground. When I got up I thought that my bike would be behind me but it landed in front of me on the next jump. After I got up I started again and finished in fourth out of five. In the other two motos I got a fourth and second. When the main event started I finished last. I have a video and a picture of the crash. In the video and picture I am the one in the black shirt next to the guy in the red helmet also the one who got ran over in the crash.

Christmas Day

On Christmas morning I woke up first which is surprising since usually I am the last one to get up. When everyone else woke up we started opening gifts. I got a sports illustrated subscription, two books, some pajamas, and a CD. When we finished the gifts dad made the Christmas breakfast. We had pancakes with cherry pie fillings, orange juice, eggs and bacon. After breakfast I was so full. I went to my room to listen to a CD that I got. A little while later my friend came over and we played darts for a little while. Then we went to his house so I could get a bike pump to pump up my bike tires. When we pumped them up we started to ride around. My dad and Grandpa Bob started playing this game called ladder ball. When they finished my friend and I played. After we played we came inside. A little while later we went outside to play with another one of my friends in the neighborhood. When I came in I had a Christmas dinner. We had turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, green bean casserole, and cranberries. After dinner I went back outside and slept over at my friends house.

DNOW Weekend!!!

DNOW is a weekend retreat and you learn about God and all of His creations. What happens on the weekends is you go to someones house that is a member of the church and stay there with some friends that you have group with. On Thursday night I went to the church to go to a rally for the DNOW kickoff. It was a BLAST!! After the rally and I got home I went to sleep. The next day at 7:15 I was at the house that I was going to stay at for the rest of the weekend. When I got there my group leader and I went to Blockbuster to get the movie Facing the Giants. When we got back my whole group was there. Before we watched the movie we did one of our sessions. After the session we watched the movie. When the movie ended we went upstairs and went to sleep. The next day we woke up, ate breakfast, then did sessions 2 and 3. When we got finished with those we got to play the Nintendo 64. At 3:00 we went to the church and went to another rally/sermon. After the sermon ended we went to a place in the church called the Magnolia room and ate Chick-fil-A. When we got done my group went to get pictures. We also had to give some toys to these people who would load them in a truck and take them to kids the week before Christmas. When we got back to the house we watched two movies: Misson to Mars and The Game Plan. When we finally went to bed it was around 3:40. The next day we went to the church and had our last day of DNOW. We all packed up, put our bags in the car, did a session then left to the church. When my group got there we picked a seat and then we listened to the sermon. At the end of the sermon there was a video of some of the houses that some kids stayed at. Here is the video that the church played at the end of the sermon.

Holloween Day!!

Halloween was three days ago and we still have a lot of candy!!! That is really surprising. On Halloween I went with some friends through my neighborhood and the one across the road from us. I got so much candy! My favorite candy is the peanut butter M&M's, and the Reeses peanut butter cups. It took us longer than an hour. When we finished we went to my friends house and traded our candy. I got so many Reeses. I had traded some of the candy that I didn't like for some that I did like(that was mostly Reeses) After that we watched a movie that was about this kid who could see ghosts. I can't remember the name but it was really good. At 10:30 I came home and showed my candy to mom and dad. I saw that the girls got a couple big Hershey candy bars and some big starburst packages. I was surprised to find out that they got alot of candy. When we got finished I got ready for bed and went right out.
